Legal & Notary Lead
Made is a certified notary (PPAT) with offices in Denpasar. He drafts sale-purchase deeds, Hak Sewa lease agreements, and PT PMA formation documents. A graduate of the University of Indonesia's Master of Notarial Studies programme, he focuses on title due diligence and RDTR zoning across Badung and Gianyar regencies.

Komang builds yield models and risk analysis for clients buying villas or land as investments. A former analyst at Bank Mandiri Investment Management, he joined Pulau Estates in 2021 to lead advisory. His approach is data-led: he will tell you when a deal does not make sense.
