We also collect automatic information as you browse the site: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, and referral source. This is gathered via server logs, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and (if enabled) the Facebook Pixel. The purpose is to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate.
We do not request sensitive data such as credit-card numbers, financial identifiers, or travel documents through this website. When a transaction requires those documents, the process happens off-site through a notary or other formal channel.
How We Use the Information
We use your personal information to: respond to enquiries and schedule property viewings, send listings that match your criteria, keep you informed about active transactions in progress, and maintain a communications history as professional documentation.
Analytics and log data are used to improve the site: understanding which pages get the most reads, where users drop off, and how to refine the layout. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individual visitors.

Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for specific processing, such as analytics or remarketing, at any time.

Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adult users considering a property transaction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 17. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
International Transfers
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) operate across several global regions. As a result, your data may be stored and processed in Singapore, the United States, or other regions where these providers run their infrastructure. They maintain professional security commitments and standard international-transfer clauses.
